We are ready to welcome to our team a professional recruiter – specialist in a certain industry, who has successful and proven work experience in recruitment agencies known in the Russian market. We expect this expert to head up the start-up of Staff Solution Company together with its owners. Using his/her wide connections and broad experience, this person will actively contribute to candidates’ search and selection, to junior recruiters’ coaching, as well as to new clients’ attraction and development.

Requirements:

  • It is important that the candidate understands and is loyal to the difficulties of the start- up phase of business development; understands that overtime is possible, and completes the tasks not always being his/her main professional responsibility;
  • The candidate should work fast – faster than his competitors; he/she should take quick personal decisions within his/her professional competence area;
  • The candidate should be able to think strategically and long term, at the same time setting on-going and short-term priorities;
  • The candidate should be able to work independently, being fully responsible for all activities leading to targets achievement;
  • The candidate should take active interest in all activities and developments going on in his market, be on top of the latest news and make suggestions to optimize work and introduce innovations;
  • At the same time, the candidate should inform the owners of potential risks and threats to business he/she sees;
  • The candidate should be perfectly aware of the competitors’ distinctive features, and track competitive activities, keeping professional contacts with the main competitors for this purpose;
  • The candidate should be well-educated, with perfect verbal and written Russian skills;
  • The candidate should possess strong managerial skills, making him/her capable to build and head up personal practice in the future;
  • The candidate should have excellent communication skills, allowing him/her to communicate effectively on different levels (both with employers and candidates); the candidate should apply a certain communication style to the needs of every situation;
  • Main or second higher education in Psychology is a plus;
  • The candidate should “read” the jobseekers and should be able to correct their self- presentation and behavior for the successful interview with the employer;
  • Upper-intermediate verbal and written English, good references and last but not least, strong desire and motivation to add to building Staff Solution Company success story.
